WHY CALL ON P&M CONCIERGERIE?
What could be more pleasant after an interminable journey than to cross the threshold of one’s home and simply put down one’s suitcases and start to relax.
The house is clean, airy, heated in winter, tidy, the shutters open, the beds ready and the first shopping done and put away.
We also take care of the closing and regular monitoring of your house in your absence (interior & exterior inspection, ventilation, mail, heating, cleaning, tidying up….).
HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE DONE THE RIGHT THING IN MY HOME?
After each of our interventions, you will receive on your private space the report of our visit with photos if necessary.
WHO TAKES CARE OF THE HOUSEWORK AND THE GARDEN IN MY ABSENCE?
P&M Conciergerie takes care of everything. As the real conductor of your property, we manage the various parties involved from the moment we make contact to the end of the service.
I WOULD LIKE TO DO SOME WORK IN MY SECOND HOME WHILE I AM AWAY. IS THIS POSSIBLE?
Yes, of course, after defining your needs with you, P&M Conciergerie, thanks to its network of service providers/craftsmen, can contact the professional and be present during the latter’s visit to draw up the estimate. P&M then submits the estimates to you and, with your agreement, takes charge of managing the various parties involved.
I WOULD LIKE TO RENT OUT MY SECOND HOME, CAN YOU TAKE CARE OF THE RECEPTION AND DEPARTURE OF THE TENANTS?
P&M Conciergerie is the only trusted partner to answer your requests for security and surveillance of the property, stewardship for the start-up and shutdown of the residence as well as multiple concierge services. We assist our clients who own properties and rent them out for a few weeks a year.
HOW MUCH CAN THE CARETAKING AND MAINTENANCE OF OUR SECOND HOME COST?
The cost of looking after your home in your absence will vary according to several criteria such as the type of services and the frequency of the intervention. Housekeeping will be invoiced each time you come. In all cases, as P&M Conciergerie is approved for personal services, the rate charged will be subject to tax credit. Thus, you will benefit from a tax credit of 50% of the total amount of your invoices, within the limit of the ceiling granted for home maintenance according to the general tax code.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
SARL P&M Conciergerie has its own multi-risk professional insurance and is insured for all its main activities. It also holds a professional real estate card and has taken out appropriate real estate insurance.
